Özet
Since the multi-layered impact of Covid-19 pandemic, which began to effect Türkiye by mid-March 2020, Türkiye acceleratingly felt the severe economic consequences. The ongoing economic deterioration got worsened by the Russia-Ukraine war. Many economic measures were taken by the government to ease the hardships, along with a highly disputed economic policy pursued. With the upcoming elections in 2023, the government occurs to sharpen its policies and put in place proactive internal and external policies. Within this outlook, this report hereby presents a selection of public law related developments in Türkiye between October 2021 and October 2022. The report mostly focuses on developments concerning public international law, as they appear to stand out.
