A detailed noise analysis for current-mode differential integrators is presented. Feedback analysis is performed and compared with simulations made on MENTOR ELDO using UMC 130nm technology process. Simulation results are presented verifying theoretical results. The effect of enhancing DC-gain of the integrator on the noise is examined. It is concluded that the positive feedback in the current-mode integrator circuit causes high noise levels.
