Özet
Time series analysis of the collective motions in a relatively small protein, α-amylase inhibitor tendamistat, was carried out at different data collection periods and sampling intervals of MD trajectories. It was found that linear stochastic models can be used successfully in modeling the collective variables' trajectories. The scores trajectories of the principal components were found to be nonstationary.
