Özet

This paper presents a scalable multi-channel WDM optical modulation scheme for MRI Signal Transmission. The system consists of ring resonators as wavelength selectors, MZI switches as on-off modulators and optical power combiners to bring together all the modulated signals and transmit them through fiber optic cable. Each filtered channel, which is modulated with an MZI switch, is controlled by one bit of the digitized MRI electrical signals. A proof-of principle four-channel (4-bit) behavioral model demonstrates the feasibility of this architecture and highlights its potential for scalable and EMI-immune MRI signal transport.
