Özet

Analog to Digital Converters (ADC) are one of the most critical blocks in the area of electronics. This paper presents two new circuits for Gray-code current-mode analog to digital conversion which employs absolute value operation. The implementations of two different 5-bit converter circuits are discussed in this paper. 0.25μm CMOS technology with 5V power supply voltage is used for the circuits. © 2006 IEEE.
